General deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. Maximum daily deposit limit is BDT 1,00,000.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is an issue, it is typically resolved within 2–24 hours.
• You must use a payment method registered under the same name as your account. Deposits sent from a different name may be rejected.
• We do not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment gateway may apply its own charges, which will be deducted on the user's end.

• Gold VIP: Withdrawal processed within a maximum of 24 hours
• Diamond VIP: Withdrawal processed within a maximum of 4 hours

• Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements — make sure to read them before claiming.
• The required wagering must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Generally, a new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.

• Harassing or threatening other members.

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing.

• Losses due to internet connection issues.
• Unauthorized access to the account due to the user's own negligence.
• Issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Temporary service disruptions due to unexpected technical issues.
• Financial losses from betting — betting always carries risk.
